24 Hour Team Challenge Animation

This animation was made in 24 hours in a group of 5 students. We each wanted to animate in original styles, our own or something new to us. We came up with the story together: an office worker named Steve gets abducted by his computer and goes on a journey through different dimensions. Afterwards he returns to his office pretty unbothered by the whole ordeal.

I animated two different scenes for this video. The first animation is something I made in Aseprite, it's a pixel animation inspired by the first Donkey Kong game. The colorpalette I used is almost identical to that of the original used in the game.

The second animation I made, was drawn frame by frame in Procreate. I tried to make this one as unique of a style as possible, using bright neon colors and interesting shapes to create this version of Steve.
